Due to the tremendous amount of value in our digital products & services, there are absolutely No Refunds for any digital articles, eBooks, advertising services performed, etc. If you have any issues with your purchase please send me an email directly to nmarcus@niobands.com and I will do my best to help.

You have 30 calendar days to return any physically shipped item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same or similar condition that you received it. For all ANKR Bands, packages or bundles, we only accept returns for sizing issues and will reject a refund request for any goods damaged in whole or in part. We will only accept damaged goods returns if you received a damaged product. We do not consider normal wear of the leather formed around an AirPods case to be damaged. We may attempt to replace any damaged parts before issuing a refund. We do not accept returns and subsequently do not issue refunds for any true wireless headphones. This means that refunds for bundle purchases will have the cost of the headphones deducted. You can inquire for and receive a full refund if you don’t receive your order in 4 weeks. You will receive a full or partial refund if the item is not as described. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
